I still maintain that it doesn't have a whole lot of flavor on its own, but I do occasionally eat crispbread, these days. (It's better eaten with a flavorful soup or stew, I think-- more suitable as a substitute for crackers than bread.) It's a good way to fit a little extra fiber into your diet, and it doesn't
always taste like cardboard. ;o) It's kind of interesting to look at, too.
