88/365 - Cold Car Door

88/365 - Cold Car Door

We're still dealing with abnormally cold weather (for an abnormally long period of time), down here. But you probably knew that, because A) most of you reading this probably live within a half-hour drive of us, or B) practically everyone seems to be dealing with extraordinarily wintry weather, this month.

I know I complain a lot about the heat, humidity, thunderstorms and hurricane threat in the summer, but good grief! I'm ready for a little warmer weather now, please.

(There are some more frosty photos in the photostream. Oh, and those of you who routinely laugh in the face of lows in the teens and highs that don't reach 40-- Fahrenheit-- I hope you won't hate me for my weakness. (g))

83/365 - Winter Lace

83/365 - Winter Lace

If we have to deal with the cold, at least we can enjoy a little of the beauty, too.

This very cold morning (cold by local standards, at least), there was pretty frost to photograph. And so I did. ;o) (There are more photos in the photostream.)
