255/365 - "Faster and Flameless"
Aunt Cathy gave me a bag of magazines (some with crochet patterns) from an elderly woman who was cleaning out her home. Among them was a magazine published in August 1961-- "The Progressive Farmer". This is a photo of one of the advertisements. This kitchen isn't exactly my style, but it's still fun to look at. Imagine an aqua and lavender kitchen! There's another on another page (and in another photo over on my Flickr photostream) that's all pale pink.

137/365 - Making Semlor
We froze some extra buns from Mardi Gras, so now we get to enjoy them again. Donald mixed up the almond filling and I whipped the cream (by hand, for the first time ever, as far as I can remember).
