216/365 - Foreboding

I was in the mood for a little murky, eerie imagery today-- and the weather complied-- so the rest of you will just have to suffer through it. ;o)

189/365 - Trixie

When all else fails, there's always Trixie to photograph. ;o)

Kind of a funny angle on this one, but I think it makes it more interesting to look at.

This was before I pulled the weeds from between our patio pavers. It looks so much better de-weeded (though I still need to do back and spray the bits I couldn't pull up, to prevent them growing back).

184/365 - Faux Vintage Donald

I don't think Donald knew I took this one, and I wouldn't have chosen it for Project 365, but apparently I didn't take any other photos for this day. (Oops.)

I decided to play around with this one and try to give it the feeling of an old, poor quality photo-- which is, I know, kind of an odd choice, since he's using a laptop. . . That's supposed to make it humorous. (???)

I didn't follow any tutorial, and I'm really not sure how well I did, but at least I think it looks older than it did straight out of the camera.

141/365 - First Try at HDR. . .

So far, I'm not blown away, nor will I be blowing away others with HDR (high dynamic range) photos of this caliber.  No "mad HDR skillz" here.  Or in other words, there's still a lot of room for improvement.

Oh well, I shouldn't expect to be do a wonderful job on my very first try, I guess.  At least I'm trying something new.  :o)
